We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, we offer exchanges or store credit.
To start a return, contact us at support@velvetviolence.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide further instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, or it's the wrong item, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving it. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assess the issue and make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items Items that are worn, used, damaged by the customer, or missing tags are not eligible for return.
International Orders International customers are welcome to request returns under the same 14-day policy. However, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
